 CECI is committed to bring needs and resources together. By so doing, we will eschew any perception that we are enablers of those who are weak, marginalized, forgotten, victimized, or deprived of opportunity. Rather, we will forge partnerships between private and public sectors, the haves and the have-nots, the rich and the poor, to increase the capacity, ability, and willingness among people to determine their own destinies.
