The IRC exists to connect and empower immigrants with resources to achieve legal documentation, fulfill their economic needs, and integrate into the comCIRC Logo Facesmunity. The services are non-governmental, confidential, and minimum fee based. The services provided include:

Eligibility screening, naturalization application assistance, citizenship, legal residency, adjustment of status applications, work permits, translations, immigration attorney referrals, naturalization applications, family-based visas petitions, initial consultations, and immigrant advocacy. As immigrants are financially unable to afford legal counsel, IRC operates on a minimum fee base and no one is turned away.
